Six beautiful cottages perfectly located in the heart of historic Sunapee Harbor and just three miles from Mount Sunapee Resort are available for rent. From Lake Sunapee to Mount Sunapee, our cottages are the perfect home base for all of your lake and mountain activities.

During peak season, we have a two-night minimum stay. Off season, we offer one-night stays. Rates do not include the 8.5% New Hampshire Rooms Tax.

Cottage 1 is the largest cottage offering approximately 900 sq. ft and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.
Peak Season Rates are May 26th – October 14th: $325-$395 per night
Off Season Rates are October 15th – May 25th: $250-$325 per night

Cottages 2 thru 6 are cozy cottages with approximately 500 sq. ft and may accommodate up to 5 guests (cottage 5 with full kitchen accommodates 4 guests).
Peak Season Rates are May 26th – October 14th: $260-$295 per night
Off Season Rates (October 15th – May 25rd) $195-$260 per night
