Six beautiful cottages perfectly located in the heart of historic Sunapee Harbor and just three miles from Mount Sunapee Resort. From Lake Sunapee to Mount Sunapee, our cottages are the perfect home base for all of your lake and mountain activities.

We have a two-night stay minimum. Rates do not include the 8.5% New Hampshire Rooms Tax.

Cottage 1 is the largest cottage (900 sq. ft) and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.
Peak Season Rates (June 15th- October 14th) $350-$385 per night
Off Season Rates (October 15th – May 25th) $250-$300 per night

Cottages 2 thru 6 are cozy cottages with (500 sq. ft) and may accommodate up to 5 guests (cottage 5 with full kitchen accommodates 4 guests).
Peak Season Rates (June 15th – October 14th) $265 – $350 per night
Off Season Rates (October 15th – May 23rd) $195 – $260 per night
