Check-in starts at 3:00pm. Check-out is 10:00am.
Minimum Stay is 2 nights for the cottages, and 3-4 nights for the Harbor House (depending on dates).
Deposit Policy
We require a non-refundable deposit of $100 per cottage and $400 for the Harbor House to confirm a reservation. Payment on the remaining balance is due prior to the check-in date. Reservations that fall within the 10 day period will be charged in full. The balance due for your reservation will be automatically processed in advance of your check-in date using the credit card on file.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our intimate size any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we must adhere to a strict 10 day cancellation policy. Cancellations for any reason, with less than the required 10 days, will be charged in full. We reserve the option of issuing a refund minus a $75 processing fee should we find that we are able to re-book the cottage for the cancelled dates.
*We are a non-smoking and no-pets facility. We do not allow smoking or pets inside our cottages or on premises. Non-compliance will result in a $400 cleaning fee.
