The Harbor House and six beautiful cottages perfectly located in the heart of historic Sunapee Harbor and just three miles from Mount Sunapee Resort are available for rent. From Lake Sunapee to Mount Sunapee, our homes are the perfect home base for all of your lake and mountain activities.

The Harbor House is the main building on the property. This newly-renovated  historic 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house features a family room with gas fireplace, well-appointed gourmet kitchen, large dining room, washer/dryer, air conditioning, and an expansive wraparound porch. This home sleeps 9-10.

Cottage 1 is the largest cottage offering approximately 900SF and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests, featuring a queen bed on the first floor and 3 twin beds on the second floor loft.

Cottages 2, 3, 4, & 6 are cozy cottages with approximately 500SF and may accommodate up to 5 guests (cottage 5 with full kitchen accommodates 4 guests). They feature queen

Cottage 5 is newly renovated and features a modern full kitchen. This cottage is approximately 500SF and accommodates 4 guests, with one queen sleeper bed on the first floor and queen bed on the second floor loft.

During peak season (May 26th – October 14th), holidays, and school vacations, peak season rates will apply. We have a two-night minimum stay in the cottages and 3-4 night minimum stay in The Harbor House. Off season, we offer one-night stays. Rates do not include the 8.5% New Hampshire Rooms Tax.
