Stay at our Sunapee Harbor Cottages between January through June 13 and enjoy 20% OFF of our regular rates. Long-term rentals are available October through June 13. Utilities, internet and cable included!
Cottage 1 is the largest cottage (900 sq. ft) and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.
Offseason Rates (October 15th – May 25th) $250-$275per night
Cottages 2 thru 6 are cozy cottages with (500 sq. ft) and may accommodate up to 5 guests (cottage 5 with full kitchen accommodates 4 guests).
Peak Season Rates (June 15th – October 14th) $265 – $350 per night
Off Season Rates (October 15th – May 23rd) $195 – $260 per night

What to do in Sunapee during offseason
There are many offseason activities to enjoy in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire including skiing or snow boarding at Mount Sunapee, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating, and hiking. It’s a beautiful time to visit Lake Sunapee in New Hampshire! There’s also plenty of shopping in Sunapee and the surrounding towns from antiques to boutiques and everything in between.
