The Cottages

This is the largest of our six cottages (900 square feet) and offers both lake and park/gazebo views. The large open concept living on the first floor welcomes you with a beautiful family room with a cozy gas stove and queen sofa sleeper, and a well-stocked kitchenette area with a table that seats six and peninsula bar for additional seating. A private bedroom with queen bed is located on this floor as well as a full bathroom with tub shower. Plush towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, and bed linens are provided. The second floor offers a large open loft with queen and twin bed.

This cottage has a large front porch with rocking chairs. The unit has a mini-split which provides A/C, and both radiant heat and propane fired stove for the colder months. A maximum of five guests allowed. We ask for a non-refundable $100 deposit to reserve this cottage, with the balance due 10 days in advance of check-in. Cancellations that fall within a 10 day period will be charged in full.

Cottage #3: Offers approximately 500 square feet of open concept living space, and may accommodate a maximum of five guests. A queen size bed is on the first floor in a studio style living space with a cozy propane fired stove, efficiency kitchen (toaster oven, electric frying pan, microwave, drip coffee maker, and mid-sized refrigerator), and one full bath with tub. The second floor offers a spacious comfortable loft with three twin beds. Cable TV and Wi-Fi included.

Plush towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, and bed linens are conveniently provided. The cottage has a front porch with rocking chairs. Cottage #5: NEWLY RENOVATED! Offers approximately 500 square feet of open concept living space and may accommodate a maximum of four guests. As you enter this cottage, you’ll immediately feel welcomed as you step into a beautiful full kitchen with a propane fired stove, and comfortable living area with large TV and queen sleeper sofa. A full bathroom with tub is located on this floor as well. A spacious loft on the second floor offers an amazing master bedroom with views of Lake Sunapee’s harbor! The tasteful decor and warm ambience of this cottage create a haven which you just won’t want to leave!!
